Honey Bee Mom 🍯🍋
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2–3/4 oz honey syrup (see below)
Honey syrup (quick prep)
- Mix equal parts honey and warm water (e.g., 1 tbsp each) until fully dissolved.
Instructions
- Add gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Optional: garnish with a lemon twist or a small sprig of thyme.
Adjustments
- Want it tarter? Add a bit more lemon.
- Sweeter and smoother? Increase the honey syrup slightly.
- For a floral twist, try a botanical gin or add a drop of orange blossom water.
