Green Goddess Shake

One of my favorite morning breakfast drink is a green goddess shake. There are so many ways to make a green juice or a green shake. You can add a lot of different things into them like:

For the green

  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Avocado
  • Mint
  • And etc.

For the fruit

  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Cherries
  • Grape
  • Orange
  • Grapefruit
  • Mango
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • And etc.

One thing about this drink is that you don’t have to just drink it for breakfast. You can have it for lunch, dinner, or a snack. Here is one of my favorite green goddess drink that I hope you love as much as I do.


1 handful of kale

1 frozen bag of tropical blend ( papaya, mango, banana, and pineapple)

¼ cup of ice

2/3 of green tea


Add kale, frozen fruit, ice and green tea into a blender. Blend and enjoy!! 🙂
