Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake

Try my Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe to start off your fall season. 🙂

Ingredients

2  8oz cream cheese
1  16oz  can pumpkin

2  cups of sugar

1  tbs. of vanilla extract

2 tsp. of cinnamon

1  16oz of container of whip cream

 

Direction

1.) Beat the cream cheese until smooth and add the pumpkin and blend until cream cheese and pumpkin is well blend.

2.) Add sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, blend it until all of the ingredients is well blended together.

3.) Last fold in the whip cream until all of the whip cream is well folded in. Pour into a graham cracker crust and put into fridge for 3 hours until the cheesecake is set and cut, eat, and enjoy!!! 🙂

It was a hard first few months trying to figure out to stay in school as well take care of a child. During my last year of college I got my first Job at a Private Country Club.
