White Macadamia Chunk Cookies Sandwich w/ Coffee Chocolate Chip Gelato

Do you love cookies and ice cream or Gelato? Well you will love this wonderful treat White macadamia Cookies and Coffee Chocolate chip Gelato as one. Check out my recipe (below)

Ingredients

White Macadamia Chuck Cookies (Ready to Baked)

Coffee Chocolate Chip Gelato

Directions

Put the cookies on a cooking sheet and baked them according to the package directions.
After the cookies are fully baked pull them out of the oven and transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
When the cookies are fully cool. Get one of the cookies turn them upside down and add a scoop of Gelato and another cookie on top.
