Now one of my favorite things to make in the summer is cheesecake the kind you do not have to worry to bake in the oven. I love making desserts that I don’t have to cut on a hot oven for so here is one of my favorite easy no-bake recipes my Oreo Cheesecake. Hope you enjoy!!!

Ingredients

1 16 oz  Cream Cheese

1 cup of sugar

1 Tbsp. of vanilla flavor

16 chocolate sandwich cookies (crumbles) (Save some for topping)

1 Graham Cracker Crust

1 16 oz  Whip Cream (topping) (optional)

Direction

Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavor together until smooth. Next beat the chocolate sandwich cookies in a sandwich bag until all the cookies are crumble. Then add the crumble cookies into the battle and fold all to together until everything well mix. Last add the cheesecake battle into the graham cracker crust, then add the whip cream on top. Add the last little chocolate sandwich crumbles on top. Put into Fridge for 3 hours until set, cut and enjoy!!! 🙂
