Honey Bee Mom 🍯🍋

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2–3/4 oz honey syrup (see below)

Honey syrup (quick prep)

  • Mix equal parts honey and warm water (e.g., 1 tbsp each) until fully dissolved.

Instructions

  1. Add gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well (10–15 seconds).
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Optional: garnish with a lemon twist or a small sprig of thyme.

Adjustments

  • Want it tarter? Add a bit more lemon.
  • Sweeter and smoother? Increase the honey syrup slightly.
  • For a floral twist, try a botanical gin or add a drop of orange blossom water.
