Homemade Chili

Try my homemade chili it delicious and comfort food that help bring in this wonderful fall season. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1lb of ground beef
  • 1 small bag of frozen corn
  • 2 cans of red kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 packet of chilly season
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • 1lb of smoked sausage

Direction

1.) First chop up the onions and green pepper

2.) Add the ground beef into the onion and pepper mixture and cook it until the ground beef is fully cook. It should take 10-15 minutes

3.) After the meat is fully cook at the chili season into the pot with the corn, sausage, water and Kidney Beans

4.) Cook it for another 10 minutes until everything is fully cook.

5.) Enjoy!!!

Born and raise in Georgia to a wonderful family. I graduated from Northeast High School and went to University of Phoenix, during my time in college I got pregnant with my first child. It was a hard first few months trying to figure out to stay in school as well take care of a child. During my last year of college I got my first Job at a Private Country Club. That was my first time learning how to really multitask with school, taking care of my daughter, and working. Well three years later I finish with my Bachelor of Science of Administration degree next spring I will go back to get my Master degree in Psychology. I wanted to start this blog to basically show my journey of what I can do as a mom as well aspire other mom out there that no matter what you can do anything that you can put your mind too as well do something that make you happy in life.
