Slow Cook Potato Soup w/ Sausage

Since its Fall and the weather has gotten cool it is time for a big bowl of soup, stews, and chilly. Each one of these are my favorite because for one you can make a big pot and have it for days and two you only mess up one pot and that’s it. Easy clean you know what I mean :). Here are some of my favorite soups, stews, and chilly that I like to cook. (Below)

  • Vegetable soup
  • Beef Stew

Today recipe I will be sharing with you is my potato soup with sausage. Its a delicious soup with a hardy twist. Enjoy!! 🙂


Ingredients

  • 1 23oz can of cream of potato
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 whole onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
  • 4 pieces of smoked sausage (chopped)
  • 4 potato (cut) (peel) (chopped in small pieces) (rinse off)
  • 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
  • Salt (optional)
  • Slow cooker on high

Direction

Add your chopped vegetables and sausage into the slow cooker. Next, add the cream potato into the slow cooker with the cup of milk. Stir every thing up. Add the teaspoon of black pepper and stir that together. Cut your slow cooker up to high, close the lid and cook for 4 to 6 hours.  After is finish stir one last time and serve. Enjoy!!! 🙂
