Love Life As It Is, Enjoy What You Love
Salmon is one of those go to meals that you can make with anything. You can used salmon on salad, salmon patties, salmon salad, salmon as you main course. Here is one of the ways that I use my salmon. I hope you enjoy!! 🙂
Ingredients
1 can pink salmon drain and bones out
1/2 cup of mayo
1/2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp blackpepper
1 tbsp of butter
Direction
Drain and take out the bones in the salmon. Add the mayo, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper Mix all together into patties. Add the butter into the frying pan until it start melting. When the butter is melting add the patties into the pan and cook them until golden brown on each side it should take no more than 5 minutes on each side. When they are golden brown on each side take them out of the pan and enjoy!! 🙂
