My Plain and Simple 7 minutes Baked Potato

Potato is a staple at a dinner table whether you are using it for potato salad, loaded baked potato for a steak, French fries, and other delicious meals. Today I want to share with you my easy 7 minutes Microwave Baked Potato. Now when making a baked potato normally I would do is rinse off my potatoes, pack them dry, pour extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper, wrapped it in aluminum foil and baked them for 1 hr. 15 mins to 1 hr. 30 mins until fully cooked. But since I am sharing with you a microwave version of a baked potato here are different ways to cook them using a microwave:

Small Potatoes

5 minutes

2 ½ half minutes on one side and then turn it over for another 2 ½ minutes.

Mediums Potatoes

6 to 7 minutes

3 to 3 ½ minutes on one side and 3 to 3 ½ minutes on the other side

Large Potatoes

10 minutes

5 minutes on one side 5 minutes on the other side

This measurement all depends on the microwave watts on your microwave.

My Plain and Simple 7 minutes Baked Potato is delicious and simple to make and delicious to eat. Here is my recipe for a simple and delicious recipe for a baked potato.
