Shrimp and Cabbage Egg rolls

Ingredients

1 bag of egg roll wrappers

1 bag of frozen shrimp (cook) (thaw out)

1/2 bag of cabbage (chopped)

2 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tsp of salt ( if needed)

1 tsp of blackpepper

1 tsp of dry dill (if you have fresh dill that would work too)

2 cup of water

Non-cooking spray

Oil for frying

1 egg beaten

Direction

1.) Cabbage – In a frying pan or sauce pan of your choice add the cabbage with the water cover, and cook it until the cabbage get very tender. It will take no more than 10-15 minutes. If it look like the cabbage need some more water add another cup. After the cabbage is fully cook add the soy sauce, salt (if needed), pepper, and dill) Stir all together and let it cook for another five minutes. After the five minutes is up cut the stove off and let the cabbage comes to room temperature.

2.) Shrimps- In a frying pan add spray some non-cooking spray into the frying pan add the shrimps into the frying pan with a little salt and black pepper until the shrimp turns pink it should take 5 minutes on each side. After the shrimps are done cooking take them out of the pan and let them comes to room temp., chopped up the shrimp and put it to the side.

3.) Putting it altogether – Now that everything is done it is time put everything together. First get one of the egg roll wrapper add some of the cabbage and shrimp into the egg wrapper. Add some of the eggs beaten mixture at the end of each corner of the egg wrapper and fold the it neatly to form a egg roll. After you are done put it into the hot oil and fry them for three to four minutes until they are golden brown. Continue until all of your mixture are gone.
