🍑 Peach Iced Tea Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz peach syrup (or peach nectar)
  • 3 oz chilled black tea
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Optional: fresh peach slices + mint for garnish

Quick Peach Syrup (if you don’t have it):
Simmer 1 chopped peach + ½ cup sugar + ½ cup water for ~10 minutes. Strain and cool.

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add bourbon, peach syrup, lemon juice, and tea.
  3. Shake lightly (just to chill and combine).
  4. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with peach slices and mint.

Flavor Tips:

  • Want it sweeter? Add a splash more peach syrup.
  • Want it stronger? Bump bourbon to 2.5 oz.
  • Prefer it sparkling? Top with a splash of club soda.

It’s basically a Southern-style twist on iced tea—smooth, lightly fruity, and easy to sip.

~ Cheers!!
