Sounds like you’re going for a tropical, citrusy cocktail vibe 🌴🍹 Here’s a simple way to make a Tropical Mom Tai based on those ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum (white for lighter taste, dark for richer flavor)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice (optional, but brightens it up)
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or grenadine (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
  3. Shake well (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Add a splash of grenadine if you want a layered, sunset look.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice or pineapple wedge if you’re feeling fancy.

Quick tweak ideas

  • Want it stronger? Add 0.5 oz more rum.
  • Want it sweeter? Use grenadine or coconut cream.
  • Want a frozen version? Blend everything with ice.

~ Cheers!!
