Whether you have five minutes or fifteen, these recipes are designed to feel doable, refreshing, and just a little bit indulgent. Today, we will be making a Watermelon Cooler.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz fresh watermelon juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Optional: simple syrup (if you want it sweeter)

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, watermelon juice, and lime juice.
  3. Shake well for about 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
  5. Taste—add a splash of simple syrup if needed.

Optional:

  • Lime wheel or wedge
  • Small watermelon slice
