  • Also water throughout the day (Very Important)

Skin Care

Having the right skincare routine during the morning and night helps keep my skin glowing and beautiful during the day. I will be sharing with you guys how I make my Toning Mist which I love when I run out of the one that I get from the buy at the store. So stay tuned!

Working Out Schedule

  • Monday: Arms and Shoulders
  • Tuesday: Legs
  • Wednesday: Abs
  • Thursday: Butt
  • Friday: Off Day (I work 12 hr shifts on Fridays)
  • Saturday: Chest and Back
