Skin Care
Having the right skincare routine during the morning and night helps keep my skin glowing and beautiful during the day. I will be sharing with you guys how I make my Toning Mist which I love when I run out of the one that I get from the buy at the store. So stay tuned!

- Monday: Arms and Shoulders
- Tuesday: Legs
- Wednesday: Abs
- Thursday: Butt
- Friday: Off Day (I work 12 hr shifts on Fridays)
- Saturday: Chest and Back
