What is physical wellness?

Physical wellness is caring for your body and giving it strength. It’s recognizing what your body needs to stay healthy, get healed, and get the energy you need. The four main physical wellness to do:

  • Finding the time to move your body
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator, if you are able
  • Learning to recognize warning signs when your body begins feeling ill
  • Maintaining a regular sleep schedule and getting between 7-9 hours of sleep each night
