What is Mental Health

Mental health deals with our emotional, social well-being, and psychological. It affects how we act, think and feel. Mental health is important in our everyday lives and has different stages of life. There are many different ways that can contribute to our mental health problem for example: life experience, genes, trauma, abuse, family history of mental problems.

Early Warning Signs

  • Having low or no energy
  • Feel numb or like nothing matters
  • Smoking, drinking, or using drug
  • Confuse, forgetful, edge, or angry
  • and so many more signs

Mental Health & Wellness

  • Work productively
  • Connecting with others
  • Staying positive]
  • Helping others
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Cope with the stresses of life
  • Realize you full potential
