Week One: Set Goals
Hey Friends,
Today, I want to talk to you about setting goals whether they are big or small.
Goals are something to set for yourself, whether its lose weight, gain weight, career change, moved cross country, buy a house, etc. You can also set goals for your mentally and emotional state, how to look at things in a different view, how to give yourself self-love when needed.
I want to share with you a few of my goals short and long term:

- Start back writing
- Read more
Long-term Goals
- Start a business
- Lose weight
- Self-care
- Self-love
