  • 5 Sausage (peel and chop)
  • Old Bay
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Butter

Directions

Sausage

  • Fry your sausage with 2 tablespoons of butter, season it with 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay season and black pepper for taste

Red Beans

  • Open your 2 cans of Red Beans and pour into a cooking pop, add the same amount of seasonings that you add to your sausage into you beans, add 2 tablespoon of butter and cook on medium low until boil. Ater your beans comes to a boil add your sausages that you fried earlier into your red been mixture and add a half of cup of water and 2 tablespoon of butter and let it come to another boil and for about 5 minutes.

Instant Rice

In this recipe instant rice, I forgot to take a picture of my rice lol, but this is how I made it.

  • In a bowl pour 2 cups of instant rice and 1 1/2 cups of water.
  • Put in microwave for 5 minutes until cook, nice and fluffy. After it is cook let it sit for 2 minutes and serve.

Regular Rice

  • If you don’t have Instant rice and you have regular rice here is how I make my regular long grain rice
  • In a cooking pot pour 3 cups of water with 2 tablespoon of butter and put on stove top on medium high. Let it come to a boil.
  • While you are waiting on the water to come to a boil this is the perfect time to clean you rice. I like to soak my rice in a bowl until the water starts to boil. When the water is almost to a boiling point I go ahead and rinse my rice off 4 times add salt to your boiling water and then pour your rice it into my boling water for cooking.
  • Stir your rice and let it for 5 to 8 minutes on medium high or until all of the water as evaporated.
  • Fluff your rice and enjoy!
