In the Garden BackYard Garden: water Routine

Hello Friends,

Welcome to my In the Garden series. Today I will be sharing with you of what I have been doing since the first day I bought my vegetables and herbs. Since day 1 I have been watering all of my herbs, flowers and vegetables everyday early morning or very late evening when it is cool. Here is my water routine of how I maintain my garden today.

Items you will need:

  • Garden water hose
  • miracle grow plant food
  • Water bucket

For the past two to three weeks I have water each of my flowers before I put them in the ground. I did this to make sure they are healthy and the roots are strong before going in the ground.

Miracle grow water routine:

I water my flowers and vegetable with the miracle grow plant food once a week. Choose a day out of the week to water your plants with the miracle grow to keep them healthy and big. I water my plants with the miracle grow on every Wednesday, because that was the day I bought my miracle grow plant food. Now you could choose any day out of the week to water your plants with the miracle grow plant food. Check out my schedule (below) for my water routine:

  • Monday – Water (Early morning or late evening)
  • Tuesday – Water (Early morning or late evening)
  • Wednesday – Water (Early morning or late evening with the Miracle Grow Plant Food)
  • Thursday – Water (Early morning or late evening)
  • Friday – Water (Early morning or late evening)
  • Saturday – Water (Early morning or late evening with the Miracle Grow Plant Food)
  • Sunday – Water (Early morning or late evening)
