Orange and Strawberry Sorbet

Summer is around the corner and it is that time of year where we need to figure some cool and refreshing things to make when it comes to cooling us down.. One of my favorite treat to cool me down in the summer is ice creams, sorbet, ice pop and of course a cold drink. Today I will be sharing with you one of my favorite cold treats that you can make at home anytime as freeze to enjoy another time.

ORANGE SORBET

1 CUP OF FRESH ORANGE JUICE (SQUEEZE)

1/2 CUP OF SUGAR

1/4 CUP OF ICE

Blend together until completely smooth. Put into freezer for 3 hours until set. After 3 hours serve and enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SORBET

1 CUP OF FRESH OR FROZEN STRAWBERRY

1/2 CUP OF SUGAR

1/4 CUP OF ICE

Few tablespoons of water to help blend the the fruit well to make the sorbet.

Blend together until completely smooth. Put into freezer for 3 hours until set. After 3 hours serve and enjoy!

*(If you choose to used frozen strawberries you do not need to use ice to make the sorbet and add a few tablespoons of water in the blender.)

Last up to 2 weeks in the freezer. 🙂
