Hey Friends,
Welcome to the Mom Cocktail Series, a space where we celebrate small joys, simple recipes, and the art of reclaiming a little “me time,” one glass at a time. Whether you have five minutes or fifteen, these recipes are designed to feel doable, refreshing, and just a little bit indulgent. Today, we will be making a Raspberry Rosé Fizz.

Raspberry Rosé Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 bottle chilled rosé wine
- 1 cup soda water (or club soda)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- Ice
- Fresh mint (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries
In a pitcher, gently mash the raspberries with sugar or simple syrup to release their juice. - Add the rosé
Pour in the chilled rosé and stir to combine. - Strain (optional)
If you prefer a smoother drink, strain out the seeds; otherwise leave them for a more rustic feel. - Top with soda
Add soda water for that fizzy lift. Stir lightly. - Serve
Fill glasses with ice, pour the mixture over, and garnish with extra raspberries and mint.
Tips
- Use a dry rosé if you don’t want it overly sweet.
- Swap soda water for lemon-lime soda if you want a sweeter, more cocktail-like drink.
- A splash of lemon juice can brighten the flavor.
If you want, I can suggest variations (like making it a frozen version or turning it into a cocktail with a spirit).
~ Cheers!!
