Coconut Lime Breeze

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice (about half a lime)
  • 3–4 oz soda water (club soda or sparkling water)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge or wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the coconut rum and fresh lime juice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.

Optional:

  • Add a splash of simple syrup if you like it a little sweeter.
  • Toss in a few mint leaves for a fresh twist.
  • Use coconut sparkling water instead of plain soda for extra flavor.

Light, fizzy, and perfect for warm weather.

~ Cheers!!
