Whether you have five minutes or fifteen, these recipes are designed to feel doable, refreshing, and just a little bit indulgent. Today, we will be making Mom Punch.

Mom Punch

Tropical cocktail with pineapple slice, lime wheel, cherry, mint, and umbrella on wooden bar
A refreshing tropical cocktail garnished with pineapple, lime, cherry, and a paper umbrella sits by the beach

That’s a great, simple tropical mix, bright, sweet, and a little tangy. Here’s a clean way to make a Pineapple Mom Punch:

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum (white rum keeps it light; dark rum adds depth)
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  3. Shake well (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Optional:

  • Add a splash of club soda for a lighter, fizzy version
  • A dash of simple syrup if you want it sweeter
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel

~ Cheers!!
