Mom Punch

That’s a great, simple tropical mix, bright, sweet, and a little tangy. Here’s a clean way to make a Pineapple Mom Punch:
Ingredients
- 2 oz rum (white rum keeps it light; dark rum adds depth)
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Shake well (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Optional:
- Add a splash of club soda for a lighter, fizzy version
- A dash of simple syrup if you want it sweeter
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel
