Sports! Soccer, basketball, and volleyball are my absolute favorite. Not only does it help with my physical health, it improves my mental health and socialization/connection. I’m a therapist that blogs lyric analyses of songs that relate to mental health, but I have been working on an article for how exercise (and lack there of) affects mental health. Thanks for reminding me to actually finish it 😅
