Meal Prep for the Week

School starts back for us here in the states and this week I want to share with some easy and quick my meal plans that will consist of two shakes, one meal, and a snack. Whether I have my main meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It will all depend on how I feel during the day. Also, I am going to share some quick meal breakfast that is easy to grab and warm up in seconds before heading out the door. This week I will be having:

  • Breakfast: Protein Coffee
  • Snack 1: Fruit of Choosing
  • Lunch: Meal of My Choosing
  • Snack 2: Vegetable of Choosing
  • Dinner: Protein Shake
  • Also water throughout the day

Easy prep meals

  • Egg Bites
  • Mini Muffins
  • Pancake minis
  • breakfast sandwiches and more

Skin Care

Having the right skincare routine during the morning and night helps keep my skin glowing and beautiful during the day. I will be sharing with you guys how I make my Toning Mist which I love when I run out of the one that I get from the buy at the store. So stay tuned!

Working Out

I will start a beginner’s workout session since it’s been a while since I worked out due to health issues. I want to ensure that each exercise I do is effective but gentle on my body.
