Meal Prep

Meal prep is an easy way for me to get the week started whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Starting off on the right track helps me get ready for a busy week.

Organize Sunday
Organize Your Morning Routine
Make a list of all your morning routines that you need to do in the morning. Figure out how long you want to spend on each task, whether it’s 5 minutes or 15 minutes. Look at your list to see if you need to do all of the items in the morning or if you can wait until later when you get home from work.

Exercise Plans
Plan your week with an exercise plan whether it’s 5 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour for a workout. Break up your workout for each day for example: Monday – Arms, Tuesday – Legs, etc.

Learn About Gardening
Plan your spring garden with me. I will share with you a list of seeds that you can start planting today and have a fall harvest by November and December. Also, learn how to grow things that you love to eat in 3 square feet.

DIY Essential Oil Clean
Learn how to make pure organic D. I. Y. cleaning products that are safe to use in your home and around your children and pets.
