INGREDIENTS

• 1.5oz Dos Maderas Rum PX
• 2oz Blood Orange puree
• .5oz Agave Nectar
• 1.5oz Vollereaux Champagne

DIRECTIONS

• Add all the ingredients except the champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.
• Shake, and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
• Top with the champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
