Planting new flowers and vegetables in the garden for the month of July. What are your plans for the month of July in your garden? What new vegetables or flowers are you planning to buy or plant this month?

Exercise Plans

My plans for this week are to work our 4 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. Each day I will focus on a different part of my body for example:

  • Monday – Arms
  • Tuesday – Legs
  • Wednesday – Abs
  • Thursday – Whole Body
  • Friday – Sunday – Rest

Meal Plan

Prep breakfast for the week. This week I made pancakes mini muffins and egg muffins for the go for me and my daughter. I like to make these because they are easy to grab out of the freezer, warm them up in the microwave or air fryer for a few minutes and go.

Outfits For The Week

This week I’m also getting my outfits for me and my daughter out for the week. Even though she wears uniforms at school and it’s to figure out what she’s going to wear for me it’s a little different because it’s a struggle trying to figure out what to wear, shoes, jewelry, etc.
