Pumpkin Walnut Muffins is a nice way to welcome in the Fall. Making these delicious treat for breakfast or for a snack is a great way of grabbing it on the go. Try my delicious Pumpkin walnut muffins it is sure to be a treat you and your family will love.

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup of baking mix

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of brown sugar

12 tsp if salt

2 tbs. of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

2 eggs

1 (15oz) can of pumpkin puree

1/2 cup of oil

1 tbs. of milk

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Walnut (optional)

Direction

Pre-oven to 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl, add baking mix, sugar, salt, and cinnamon into a bowl. Mix all of the ingredients and put it to the side. In another mixing bowl, add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract, after mixing everything together add the dry ingredients in three parts.

After mixing the wet and dry ingredients together line your muffin pans with muffin cups. Pour the battle into them and them for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick trick come up clean.

Take the muffins out of the oven and them cool for 10 minutes.
