Pecan Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

A delicious meal for breakfast that will make you feel warm inside.

Ingredients

1/2 cup 1 minute quick oatmeal

1tsp of pumpkin spice

1tsp of cinnamon

1 cup of milk

1 tbs of butter

1/4 cup of pecans

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan add oatmeal, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, milk, and butter. Stir all of the ingredients to together.
  2. Put the sauce pan on the stove and let it cook on medium high. Let it come to a small boil and stir until the oatmeal is nice and creamy.
  3. Add the pecan at the end.
  4. Enjoy!!! 🙂

Born and raise in Georgia to a wonderful family. I graduated from Northeast High School and went to University of Phoenix, during my time in college I got pregnant with my first child. It was a hard first few months trying to figure out to stay in school as well take care of a child. During my last year of college I got my first Job at a Private Country Club. That was my first time learning how to really multitask with school, taking care of my daughter, and working. Well three years later I finish with my Bachelor of Science of Administration degree next spring I will go back to get my Master degree in Psychology.
