Fall is Coming!!!

Fall is my favorite part of the year because that is when the leave on the trees starts fall off, its becomes more comfortable with the temperature its not too cold and not too hot. Fall season is the best time to bring out your fall accessories like clothes, shoes, hats, and etc. Fall is on its way and I can’t wait to leave the hot summer behind for something a little bit more cooler and fresh fall air. Easy Home-Made Pizza

There are so many ways to make pizza at home, but sometimes it hard to pizza dough from starch when you have so much to do or not enough time to do it. The best way for me when its a busy day in my house or have a lot to do is buying pizza dough in my local supermarket. I like making pizza at home because i can add different topping on my pizza like sausage, cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onions, chicken, spinach, tomato, and so much more topping that you can imagine. Here is my take on individual pizza. I like to do different kinds of topping on each one so everybody can have their own.

Ingredients

1 can of Pizza dough

1 jar of Marinara sauce

1 bag of shredder cheese (your choice)

1 green pepper

1 Carton of cherry tomato

1 carton of chopped mushroom

1  sausage link (slice thin)

Direction

Open pizza dough and roll out, cut into rectangle pieces. Add sauce and topping unto each of the pizza dough. Cook the pizza for 10 minutes until golden brown  and enjoy!!! 🙂

 

 

 

Spa Day at home

Having a spa is great because its relaxing and enjoyable. But having a spa day at home without spending money is even better.  For me its kind of hard to go to a spa when you are on budget so having a spa day at home is really a treat for me. I can be doing my nails, soaking my feet, or just plain relaxing and enjoying the day its the best feeling ever. What are some of your spa ways to relax at home?

Easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Now one of my favorite things to make in the summer is cheesecake the kind you do not have to worry to bake in the oven. I love making desserts that I don’t have to cut on a hot oven for so here is one of my favorite easy no-bake recipes my Oreo Cheesecake. Hope you enjoy!!!

Ingredients

1 16 oz  Cream Cheese

1 cup of sugar

1 Tbsp. of vanilla flavor

16 chocolate sandwich cookies (crumbles) (Save some for topping)

1 Graham Cracker Crust

1 16 oz  Whip Cream (topping) (optional)

Direction

Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavor together until smooth. Next beat the chocolate sandwich cookies in a sandwich bag until all the cookies are crumble. Then add the crumble cookies into the battle and fold all to together until everything well mix. Last add the cheesecake battle into the graham cracker crust, then add the whip cream on top. Add the last little chocolate sandwich crumbles on top. Put into Fridge for 3 hours until set, cut and enjoy!!! 🙂

Twisty Peach Ice Tea

This has been a hot summer so to cool myself down I thought about making some ice tea, but I wanted to make it a little different then normal so I made my Twisty Peach Ice Tea. A little bit different from the normal peach tea that I’m used to. So here is my recipe for Twisty Peach Ice Tea a very delicious and refreshing drink. Cheers and enjoy!! 🙂

Ingredient

1/2 cup of frozen peaches

1 6oz of can pineapple juice

1/2 can of pink lemonade

1 cup of simple syrup

4 tea bag of lemon ginseng green tea

1 cup of water

Direction

First boil the tea until it comes to a boil. After the finish boiling cut off the water and add it to the pitcher. Next blend peaches, lemonade, and pineapple juice together in a blender until comes smooth cut off the blender and add the mix into the pitcher with the tea. Last add the simple syrup and water into the pitcher and stir together. Pour over some ice drink and enjoy !!! 🙂

Healthy Tropical Mix Blend Smoothie

Want to try a healthy smoothie try my Tropical Mix Smoothie it delicious and refreshing for a hot day!!

Ingredients

1 cup of skim milk

1 scope of protein vanilla mix

1/2 cup of frozen tropical mix blend

Direction

Mix milk, protein, and frozen fruit together in the blender until it becomes smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!! 🙂

 

 

Ice Chocolate Mocha Coffee

Want some coffee but not the hot kind try my Ice Chocolate Mocha Coffee. A cold refreshment with the same benefits. 🙂

Ingredients

1 cup Leftover coffer (Your choice)

3 tablespoon of sugar

1/4 cup of skim (Milk of your choice)

2 tablespoon of chocolate

Ice (optional)

Direction

Pour coffee into blender with sugar, milk, and chocolate and blend together.  Pour over ice and Enjoy!!! 🙂

Blueberry Tea

Want a refreshing summer tea to beat this hot humid day well try my Blueberry tea it’s cold and refreshing.

Ingredients

6 cup of water

2 bags of Green tea

2 bag of Black tea

1 bag of frozen blueberry

2 cup of sugar

1 can of lemonade

(Ice Optional)

Direction

Boil the green tea and black together in the water until comes to a boil. After the tea is pour it into the pitcher. In a blender add the frozen blueberry, tablespoon of sugar and add a little bit of the lemonade and blend until well. After the mixture is done add the blueberry mixture, rest of the sugar, and the rest of the lemonade into the pitcher and stir it up and serve over ice. Enjoy!!!

 

Eggplant Burger

Want to try something new at the dinner table well try my Eggplant Burger. Its very delicious and hardy on the stomach. 🙂

 

Ingredient

4 Hamburger Patties (frozen) or fresh if you like

1/2 pack bacon (fried)

4 slices of American cheese

1 egg plant cut in slices

1 tomato cut in slices

Hamburger bun or tortilla bread ( Your choice)

Direction

Cook the hamburger patties in the oven for 35 minutes. While the burger cook fried the egg plants on top of the stove on both side until both side is golden brown. Take burgers out of the oven add the cheese on top, with the eggplant, tomato, and bacon and serve.
